Salman Khan Gifting Expensive Watches Worth Rs.50 Crore

Watches this now Salman Khan Gifting Expensive Watches Worth Rs.50 Crore
Bollywood star Salman Khan, who has given watches worth as much as Rs.50 crore to his friends and family, has found a method of beating his expensive gifting habit. On his mother’s advice, he has asked his charity foundation Being Human to manufacture inhouse designer watches.

And the first proud recipient of the Being Human designer-watch was actor Aseem Merchant, Salman’s co-star in Boney Kapoor’s “Wanted”.”He gave me his the first Being Human watch. It’s awesome. Its look and movement are as slick as the super-exclusive Swiss Breitling watches,” Aseem told IANS.

“You’re right. He did say his mom advised him to find a way of cutting down costs on his watch-gifting habit. He gave me the watch and said, ‘Your time begins now.’,” he added.Apart from the watch, Aseem also received a Being Human shirt from Salman.

“He made me strip in front of him and try on the shirt. I really don’t want to talk about his generous nature. But I’ve been shooting with him for a year and Salman’s generosity is unbelievable,” said Aseem.Salman also gifted Aseem a role in his brother Arbaaz Khan’s first production which will star Salman and Shatrughan Sinha’s daughter Sonakshi, to be directed by Abhinav Kashyap.

“And since I play the main antagonist with Salman in ‘Wanted’, he said he wanted me to do a positive role in Arbaaz’s production,” said Aseem.Ironically, the real-life buddies are at each other’s throat throughout “Wanted”.

“And it’s not the choreographed, synchronized action movements we see in our films. Salman and I have real basic fist to fist street fights composed by a stunt director called Vijay from the South. Salman and I were fighting on the sets and drinking together once the camera was switched off,” said Aseem.

Watches this new image Gilly Ferguson's Style blog

Another week, another feast of festivities - be it pashed up at Henley or Wimbles, bopping at Wireless, tranced out in Arras France or watching and re-watching Jedward's T4 tumble - there are no excuses to stay indoors this month.

But, while you've undoubtedly got the fashion covered by now - summer beauty trends are a whole new ball game. So, wherever you're headed, here is heatworld's ultimate Summer 2010 Beaut-Camp…

The Hair & Now

From fishtail plaits to loose Californian curls and bunches of braids, low maintenance locks are the order of the day amongst the style elite this summer. Point your eyes towards Kate Bosworth, Pixie Lott and Ellie Goulding for softly-styled inspiration and load up on the dry shampoo.

Access Hair

Ensure you're hair accessory is a success-ory (NB terrible gag) with this summer 2010's take on the hairband. Forget blah bows, this season's bands come floral, pegged, leathered, bejewelled, tulle and feathered. And, with autumn's catwalks awash with headwear too, this is one trend that's showing no signs of abating, whether you use your head with ASOS, your credit card on Jennifer Behr or nod to autumn's animal hat trend with Topshop.

Nail It

Forget your tiresome taupes and muted mints for now (they'll be back en vogue come September) summer nail wear's got serious with everyone from Katy Perry to Zoe Saldana, Venus Williams and Kelis making sure their fingers pack a punch in the style stakes, too. Thanks to Wah Nails, now we can all add a flash of fluoro, lick of leopard print or molten mani' that'll last for weeks to come. Officially the hardest working mani' to date.
